First geocache.
We did alot of geocaching on the trip. In fact we placed 10 different travel bugs around the coutry, that form a puzzle andit's frame, here's hoping that they make it back to us someday.

On the way to the expressway we passed through this little town. Nothign to remarkable just another liitle rural town in Indiana.

I just like the look of this gas station. The older style pumps (you have to go the the unleaded pump.) seem very quaint now.

The first shopping stop was to get some decongestants and Kleenex.Ah-Choo!

It looked like this had been a parking lot many years ago, there were just a few large patches of the asphalt left now.

Attempted 3rd Geocache
We thought we had found what were the remains of the geocahce that was in this location. However people have logged visits to this location after we were there saying they found it, so maybe were in the wrong location.

Megan tries to break rule 1
The first rule is speed limit 20 mph, but there were no roads in this park, or even bike paths. So we figured they meant no running faster than 20 MPH.

We accidently took a more scenic route through Indianapolis then we first intended.But we got to drive past the state house.

I though this factory looked pretty cool spanning the road and all.

The first place we stopped for lunch was this place out side the car factories in Indianapolis. Darn tasty food.

First Campsite
They first location we camped at, it was a nice modern campsite in Ramsey Lake State Park.

Guy makes dinner.
Took about an hour and a half for me to make 5 sausages on the little campstove we brought.Most of that time was spent getting used to the stove, and learning not to melt the pots and pans.

Guy is really roughing it, he has to recharge all his batteries from one outlet!
